Community Guidelines

HiFunny is built for respectful social conversations. These guidelines apply to profiles, photo albums, Party rooms, public room messages, expressions, and other content or interactions available in the app.
Respect other people
Do not harass, threaten, bully, impersonate, exploit, or discriminate against others. Do not publish another person's private information or encourage unwanted contact.
Keep content safe
Do not submit illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, exploitative, violent, self-harm, fraudulent, or rights-infringing content. Profile information, room details, public messages, and uploaded media may be moderated before or after publication.
No gambling or commercial abuse
Do not use HiFunny to arrange gambling, scams, deceptive promotions, illegal transactions, spam, or unauthorized commercial activity.
Help keep rooms safe
Room participants must follow host instructions and these guidelines. You can report objectionable content or behavior and block abusive users from the relevant user profile.
Moderation and enforcement
We may reject or remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or terminate access when these guidelines or applicable laws are violated. Reports are reviewed and enforcement decisions may consider context, severity, and repeated behavior.
Privacy Policy

HiFunny is intended for people aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. HiFunny helps people connect through voice rooms, profiles, public room chat, and creative beauty tools. This policy explains what information we collect, why we use it, and the choices available to you.
Information we collect
- Contact and account information: email address, name or nickname, account and user ID, birthday, country, languages, and profile details.
- Connections: Following, Followers, Friends, blocked accounts, profile views, and other social-graph information needed to provide connections.
- User content: profile photos and videos, public room text messages and expressions, voice or audio used in a Party room, customer-support requests, and other content you choose to submit.
- Device and technical data: device ID, device model, operating system, app version, product interactions, crash reports, performance data, and security information.
- Camera and microphone: only when you use the beauty camera or join a Party room that requires them. Camera effects are processed on the device. We do not access these sensors in the background.
Face-related processing
When you use the beauty camera, the FaceUnity SDK processes live camera frames locally on your device to render beauty effects and support photo capture. These frames are not transmitted to FaceUnity's servers or to our servers, and they are discarded after processing. The app does not collect facial landmarks, facial geometry, faceprints, biometric templates, facial feature vectors, or facial-recognition identifiers.
A photo is uploaded only after you intentionally take or select it, review it, and confirm submission as an avatar or profile-album photo. Submitted photos are treated as user content, are subject to content moderation, and are not used for identity verification, advertising, cross-app tracking, or user identification.
How we use information
We use information for account authentication, profiles, Party rooms, public chat, connections, support, safety and abuse prevention, service security, and legal compliance. We use product interaction data for analytics and use crash and performance data to diagnose and improve the app. We do not sell personal information or use it for cross-app advertising.
Sharing and retention
Live camera frames used for beauty previews are not uploaded or retained. We use service providers that help operate the app: Agora for Party voice and real-time media, NIM for room messaging, ThinkingData for product analytics, Sentry for crash and performance diagnostics, and hosting/CDN providers for submitted media and support attachments. User-submitted profile photos are stored by authorized hosting or CDN providers while needed to provide profile and album features, subject to moderation, security, legal, and support-retention requirements. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect users, the service, or the public. We retain information only as long as needed for the purposes described here and applicable obligations.
Your choices
You can update profile information, follow or unfollow users, manage your block list, manage camera, microphone, and photo permissions in iOS Settings, and sign out from the app. Profile > Settings > Delete account clears the local session immediately. To request deletion of account data stored on our services, contact support at the address below. Contact us for access, correction, deletion, or other privacy questions.

Using HiFunny
You must provide accurate information, keep your account secure, and use HiFunny only for lawful, respectful social interaction. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
Community standards
Do not harass, threaten, impersonate, defraud, exploit, or share illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, or infringing content. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, scrape data, or bypass access controls. We may remove content or restrict accounts that violate these rules.
User content
You keep ownership of content you submit. You give HiFunny permission to host and display it as needed to provide the features you use. Only share content you have the right to use and that you are comfortable showing to other users.
Account termination
You may clear your local session from Profile > Settings > Delete account and request deletion of account data stored on our services by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, security reasons, or legal requirements.
